“It takes nearly a year for a refugee to be processed into the United States”. On Friday, former neurosurgeon Ben Carson urged Congress to stop the Obama administration from allowing in more refugees from the regions.
“Attacking Paris, the city of light, reminds us that there is no middle ground in going after these terrorists”. And now, like never before, we need our Muslim American neighbors to stand up and to – and to be a part of this. “The United States has pulled back, and when we pull back voids are filled and filled by Islamic terrorism”.

Clinton’s campaign spokesman Brian Fallon added in an email to the NY Times: “As Hillary Clinton said last night, we are at war with radical jihadist terrorism, not an entire religion”.

“You destroy ISIS and then you build a coalition to replace this radical Islamic terrorist threat to our country and to Europe and to the region with something that is more peace-loving”, Bush said on “Meet the Press” Sunday.

CLINTON: I think with this kind of barbarism and nihilism, it’s very hard to understand, other than the lust for power, the rejection of modernity, the total disregard for human rights, freedom, or any other value that we know and respect. “We need to lead. We need to show complete solidarity with them”.

“It is our fight”, Bush retorted on Sunday.

“The president has admitted he does not have a strategy as it relates to ISIS”.

“Declare a no-fly zone over Syria, directly arm the Peshmerga forces in Iraq, re-engage with the Sunni tribal leaders. embed with the Iraqi military, make safe zones in Syria, garner the support of our European allies, and the traditional Arab states”. He also called for establishing “safe havens” for Syrians fighting against the regime of Bashar al-Assad. They will be either executed or imprisoned either by Assad or by ISIS.

He also criticized the Democratic presidential candidates for not using the term “Islamic terrorism” to describe the violence during their Saturday night debate in Des Moines.

“I think we need to do thorough screening and take in a limited number”, Bush said on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday.
