Help ASSYRIAN MEDICAL SOCIETY win up to $500,000

ASSYRIAN MEDICAL SOCIETY is a non-profit working to serve Assyrian children, families, and their communities stricken by the war and
famine in Iraq. AMS is competing with charities nationwide for donations ranging from $20,000 to $500,000 through the Chase Community Giving
program. Individuals can help in the effort to ensure the AMS charity’s success by simply voting for ASSYRIAN MEDICAL SOCIETY through the
Chase Community Giving program running on the Facebook platform.

During Round 1, the Top 100 eligible charities with the most votes receive $25,000. During Round 2, the eligible charity with the most votes
receives $500,000 and the remaining 24 top charities earn amounts ranging from $20,000 through $400,000. More than $5 million dollars will be
distributed to top vote getters. Charities previously awarded grants through Chase Community Giving are not eligible for the spring 2011 program.
