Assyria ( heartland part,” today’s Iraq” ) is the homeland of the Assyrian people; it is an indivisible part of the greater Assyrian homeland ( parts of it in Iraq, Turkey, Iran and Syria ), and the Assyrian people are an integral part of the Assyrian nation. Assyria, with the boundaries it had during the British mandate and before that, is an indivisible territorial unit.
Therefore, the Assyrian people possess the legal right to their homeland and to self-determination after the completion of the liberation of their country in accordance with their wishes
and entirely of their own accord and will. The Assyrian identity is a genuine, essential, and inherent characteristic; it is transmitted from fathers to children. The Arabs & Kurds occupation
of Assyria and the dispersal of the Assyrian people, through the disasters which befell them, do not make them lose their national Assyrian identity and their membership in the Assyrian
community, nor do they negate them.

There is an Assyrian nation and that it has material, spiritual, and historical connection with Assyria are indisputable facts. It is a national duty to bring up individual Assyrians in an
Assyrian revolutionary manner. All means of information and education must be adopted in order to acquaint the Assyrian with his country in the most profound manner, both spiritual
and material, that is possible. He/she must be prepared for the armed struggle and ready to sacrifice his/her wealth and his/her life in order to win back his/her homeland and bring
about its liberation.

The phase in their history, through which the Assyrian people are now living, is that of national struggle for the liberation of Assyria. Thus, the conflicts among the Assyrians are secondary, and should be ended for the sake of the basic conflict that exists between the forces of Iraqi Arabs and Kurds on the one hand, and the Assyrian people on the other. On this
basis the Assyrian masses, regardless whether they are residing in the national homeland ( Occupied Assyria, Today Iraq ) or in Diaspora ( Galoota ) constitute- both their organizations
and the individuals-one national front working for the retrieval of Assyria and its liberation through armed struggle.

Armed struggle is the only way to liberate Assyria and set all Assyrians free. This is the overall strategy, not merely a tactical phase. The Assyrian people assert their absolute determination and firm resolution to continue their armed struggle and to work for an armed popular revolution for the liberation of their country and their return to it. They also assert
their right to normal life in Assyria and to exercise their right to self-determination and sovereignty over it.

Commando ( Dvikhai-Ganai ) action constitutes the nucleus of the Assyrian popular liberation war. This requires its escalation, comprehensiveness, and the mobilization of all the Assyrian popular and educational efforts and their organization and involvement in the armed Assyrian revolution. It also requires the achieving of unity for the national ( Qaumaya ) struggle among the different groupings of the Assyrian people, and between the Assyrian leadership and the Assyrian masses, so as to secure the continuation of the revolution, its escalation, and victory. Assyrians have three mottoes : national unity, national mobilization and liberation.

The Assyrian people believe in unity. In order to contribute their share toward the attainment of that objective, however, they must, at the present stage of the start of their struggle,
safeguard their Assyrian identity and develop their consciousnesses of that identity, oppose any plan that may dissolve or impair it. Assyrian unity and the liberation of Assyria are two
complementary goals, the attainment of either of which facilitates the attainment of the other. Thus, Assyrian unity leads to the liberation of Assyria, the liberation of Assyria leads to
Assyrian unity. And the work toward the realization of one objective proceeds side by side with work toward the realization of the other.

The destiny of the Assyrian nation, and indeed Assyrian existence itself, depends on Assyrian national armed struggle for Assyria’s cause. From this interdependence springs the
Assyrian nation’s pursuit, and striving for, the liberation of Assyria. The Assyrian people of Assyria and Diaspora, themselves play the role of the vanguard in the realization of this
sacred national ( Qawmaya ) goal.

Long live freedom and the Independence of all nations from the heavy yoke of slavery under any sort of occupation. Assyrians do not need protection from their killers. what
Assyrians need is total freedom, full right of self-determination and Independence on their Ancestral homeland as the original inhabitants of Ancient Assyria. This is the true
demand of the Assyrian nation, awaiting to see true ray of light and to be supported by the most of the civilized world under the guidance of the UN, EU and other powers.

Long live Assyria and the Assyrian nation
