Steve Harvey is calling his current comedy tour his “grand finale,” but it’s safe to say it’s far from the last we’ll be hearing from the popular syndicated radio host and best-selling author. Harvey, 55, announced late last year on his show, which airs mornings on WMXD-FM (92.3), that he was retiring from stand-up. He’s currently basking in the success of the movie “Think Like a Man,” which is based on his hit 2009 book, and making plans to launch a daytime syndicated TV show this fall.

It all takes place at an appropriate place: the historic Packard Proving Grounds in Macomb County.

About 125 artists, chosen via a juried process, will be demonstrating their craft and selling everything from pottery and beads to jewelry and metal architectural pieces at prices suited to every pocketbook.
