Congregation of the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian political organizations: The signing ceremony on the political agenda and the interior regulation

Congregation of the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian political organizations held on the day of Monday, 16th May 20, a special meeting at the level of presidencies and leaders, at the Chaldean Culture Society in Ankawa-Erbil, for a signing ceremony on the political agenda and the interior regulation of the Congregation.
At the outset of the meeting a final revision was carried out for the program and system that had approved in previous meeting, after in- depth discussions in several meetings. After that the ceremony of signing was performed by the presidencies of the political parties and national organizations of our Christian people in the Congregation, which included:
 Yonadem Kanna, Secretary-General of the Assyrian Democratic Movement.
 Fahmi Yousif, Chairman of the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Popular Council.
 Saeed Shamaya, Secretary-General of the Chaldean Democratic Platform.
 Sargon Malik Nimrod, representing Nimrod Beto, Secretary-General of the Assyrian National Party.
 Romeo Hakari, Secretary-General of the Democratic Beth Nahrain Party.
 Talal Mansur Yeldo, representing Ablahad Afram, Secretary-General of the Chaldean Democratic Party.
 Thia Butras, Secretary-General of the Chaldean National Council.
 Paul Shamoon, Chairman of the governing body of the Chaldean Culture Society in Ankawa.
 Babel Gorges, representing Sabah Mikhail, Chairman of Beth Nahrain National Federation.
 Anwar Matty Hadaya, Chairman of the Independent Syriac Congregation Movement.
 Koriil Eshoo, Secretary of the Chaldo-Ashor of Kurdistan Communist Party, With his right to sign and representing each of the Internal Assyrian Federation, Athor Democratic Organization and the Assyrian Democratic Party.

The interior regulation of the Congregation included a definition of the Congregation, membership rules and its Structure of the bodies, Offices and Committees with the mechanism of its formation and function.

The political agenda of the Congregation included:

 The general principles that govern his political positions.
 The objective of the Congregation at the national level through the activation of the unity of the political discourse and the joint collective effort in order to achieve our legitimate national goals.
 The work to ensure the political, administrative, cultural and educational rights for our Christian people and the protection of our national components, faith in the unity of Chaldean Syriac Assyrian people and awareness-raising and consolidation.
 The coordination of the work between homes and abroad to serve for the existence of our people and its issues at home.
 Identity protection, national and religious privacy.
 The consolidation of the attachment of our Christian people to our homeland through processors to stop the migration process.
 The normalization of the situation of the displaced people and compensation for their losses.

On the national level,
 Working for the establishment of a province in the area of Nineveh Plain for Christian people, in partnership with the rest of the national and religious components coexist.
 The activation of article 35 of Kurdistan-Iraq draft constitution that provides for the granting of autonomy for Christian people after referendum on the constitution.
