Guterres: Security not only barrier for Iraq refugees return
 Iraq’s security is not the biggest barrier holding Iraqi refugees from returning to their country, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres said Monday.
Iraqis are facing socio-economic problems including habitat and lack of economic opportunities, Guterres noted.
Guterres hoped the new government of Prime Minister Nuri Al Maliki would set a comprehensive plan to end to the sufferings of Iraqi refugees and displaced.
