Since George, now 15 years old, was a little kid his passion was always soccer. George’s loves for soccer increased as he grew up playing under supervision of his father and his uncles who are well-known Assyrian players. Now he is under care of qualified coaches to prepare him to be a professional player.
His father Sargon Malki spares no efforts to direct his son, George, to excels and professions the soccer, even though he does not force him to chose his career. Mr. Malki says about his son; “George is a hard working student in school and he is always an A+ average performer, I deliver him to God’s hands and his patron, Saint George, for guide to be an object of pride for his Chaldo-Assyrian nation. That could be in any of the fields, science or sports.”

In 2003, George was the only Arizona youth soccer player invited to the U.S. Soccer Youth National Team tryouts held in Middlesex, Mass. He competed against 120 players from across the country for a spot on the team, and although he didn’t make it, father and son were very excited about the opportunity.
All his coaches are excited and they praise George’s abilities and performance. His coach at school, Sead Karaselimovic, said about him “He is a very good player with a lot of potential,” and he adds; “George can make a great impact on the national team if he stays focused and trains hard.”
Harry Demos, the Sereno Soccer Club director of boys ODP said about George that, he, reminds me with the international soccer player, Danohoven. “George is a special soccer player who has the intuition of a very high-level athlete” says Demons about George’s ability.

Beside soccer, George excels in ice hockey and he was a member of 2004 Rocky Mountain Pee Wee AA champions. He, now, plays with the Junior Coyotes AAA bantam team.

Few years ago, Channel 12 of Phoenix, Arizona had a report about the gifted George as a soccer player. That report combined with a video clip produced by his father Sargon Malki, I like to introduce to the visitors of this web site hopping to be enjoyed. The link is:
