Chaldean Chamber to honor business owners and community leaders at seventh annual awards dinner

  The Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce will host its seventh annual Awards Dinner on Friday, April 16 at 6 p.m. in West Bloomfield.
Top area business and community leaders will be recognized for their outstanding contributions as the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce hosts its seventh annual Awards Dinner, Friday, April 16 at 6 p.m., at Shenandoah Country Club in West Bloomfield. Channel 955 Morning host MoJo will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

Event honorees include:

– Senator Roger Kahn: Special Tribute for his

key role in securing vital funding for the Chaldean Community Foundation and its refugee relief efforts

– Akram Faraj Hermiz: Humanitarian of the Year, recognizing his continued selflessness and generosity to the Chaldean community and Catholic Church, in the United States and abroad

– Happy Asker, owner of Happy’s Pizza: Businessperson of the Year, honoring his acute business acumen in building a successful company, brand and franchise locally, regionally and nationally

Tickets are $150 per person or $1,250 for a table of 10. Evening includes cocktail reception, dinner, awards ceremony. Sponsorships are still available.
