To our dear friends around the world,

It is difficult to find words to express our gratitude for the many comforting words we have received during this time of mourning for our departed friend, colleague, mentor, and passionate Assyrian activist, the late Senator John J. Nimrod (Ret.).

On behalf of the Assyrian Universal Alliance (AUA), I extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to all those who have expressed their sorrow for this loss and have sent us messages of condolence and comfort through letters, phone calls, radio broadcasts and emails. We especially thank all those who have remembered Senator Nimrod and his family, friends and colleagues in many different organizations, particularly the AUA, in their prayers.
