University students from Baghdeeda are staying in their homes due to the threats to attack the buses used to transfer them to the University of Mosul

A close source to the managements responsible for Baghdeeda buses, those transfer the students to the University of Mosul, revealed to the site of ankawa.com, that the leadership of Nineveh security operations has sent a letter to Al-Hamdania police station informing them to prevent all the Baghdeedian University students from going to the University. This action was taken after receiving threats to attack the buses those transferring the students to the University of Mosul.
The source added, the number of Baghdeeda students and the belonging districts are more than 1000 students (males and females) who stayed in their homes due to the threats.
On the other hand, a source from Mosul University said, the buses transferring the students from Nineveh plain did not come on Monday because of the threats, according to the source, and added in an exclusive statement to the site of ankawa.com, the owner of the buses received the threats on Sunday evening, the 21st of February 2010.
The number of buses used to transfer the students from Baghdeeda to the city of Mosul is 17.
