ISIS destroy the Christian cemetery in Telkaf

Basim Balo, the Mayor of the town of Telkaf said this morning in his telephone call to the site of Ankawa.com that a large body of news received about the bulldozed of Telkaf cemetery by the militants of the Islamic State. Telkaf cemetery is dating back to the year of 1900. The terrorists removed the graves and pillars that built on archaeological hill related to the era of Assyrian empire.
This act was preceded few days ago by cracking and removing the Assyrian effects in Nineveh.
Mr Balo pointed out and said the process of bulldozing the graves began early this morning by bulldozers and continued for several hours as completely destroyed the cemetery.
